Howard Associates is a Management  Consulting and Finance company with offices in Toronto, Canada and in Florida.  The primary focus is in health care management consulting. A smaller focus is on environmental, media/film, and private equity projects. 

 

Most of our projects have been in strategy, planning, governance, operational reviews, organizational studies, departmental studies, revenue generation, efficiency/effective use of resources, health care economic improvement, equity management, and other areas.

 

Howard Associates has had the pleasure of working with over 30 associates to our firm over the past 25 years on a variety of projects.  We tackle assignments either with associates or as an independent consultant.

 

Current projects are to improve the efficient and effective use of resources in the health care sector. To redesign a country or region’s health care set up, to initiate environmental projects, and to produce films on health care and the environment are priorities.
