BACKGROUND

Mr. James Langstaff (Canada), Ms. Sienna Baker (Europe/Australia), and Ms. Mila Radetich (USA) are conducting an anonymous, international study to map menstrual cycles and fertility changes, over a 7-year retrospective window in women aged 20 to 36.•

The Goal:

To gather data on menstrual and fertility cycle variations over a 7-year retrospective window, improve scientific knowledge, and publish aggregate findings in peer-reviewed journals.

How You Can Help. Participate (If Eligible):

We are looking for females currently aged 20 to 36 living in Canada, Europe/UK, Australia, South America, India/Nepal or the USA who can reflect on their menstrual and fertility history from 2019 to the present.

Your Role:

Complete a one-time online questionnaire regarding your cycle history, regularity, and fertility tracking over the past 7 years.

Time Commitment:

The survey takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.

Help Us Spread the Word:

Even if you do not fall within the specified age group for this study, you can still provide valuable support by forwarding this questionnaire link to friends, family, and contacts who meet the criteria.

Thank you for helping us advance scientific knowledge in this vital area of health research.

Absolute Privacy & Data Anonymity

Your privacy is our priority. This survey is completely anonymous: The research team has configured SurveyMonkey to disable all user tracking, automatically blocking and stripping away email addresses, IP addresses, and device identifiers.

Individual answers are unlinked from your identity, securely downloaded into password-protected files, and bundled into aggregate group data. It is completely impossible to trace any answers back to you—even the research team cannot identify individual participants.

Participation is entirely voluntary.
